I’m a Staff Product Designer with 12+ years of experience turning ideas into products people actually want to use.

My sweet spot is where design meets behavioural insights.

I help teams build products that not only look good, but work the way people think, decide, and act in the real world.

I’ve worked across consumer, enterprise, and start-ups. From helping early-stage founders shape a vision into something tangible, to guiding established teams at places like 1Password, Xero and Zoopla through product transformations.

What drives me is impact, on both the product and the people I work with. I care about creating environments where designers, engineers, and product thinkers can do their best work together. When everyone feels heard and we’re playing to each other’s strengths, that’s when great design happens.

I studied Interactive Media (BA Hons) at the University of South Wales, then completed a Masters in Design for Digital Media at Portsmouth University, where I dove deep into applying behavioural economics and cognitive psychology to digital products. That foundation still shapes how I approach design today.

I’m always looking for ways to grow, share, and learn, whether that’s mentoring, experimenting with new design tools, or exploring how the future of product design can better serve people.
